“I do not really know what my brand is yet”
You make lovely things, but you could not say in one sentence who they are for or what makes them yours.

Jewellery business coach
I built a jewellery brand and got it into 30 shops. Now I help other makers do the same.

I am Megan. I spent years at a bench making silver, and for a long time I was better at making the work than at getting anyone to see it. I priced badly. I sat on my hands about approaching shops because I assumed they wanted someone bigger than me.
What changed it was learning the business side properly, in order, one piece at a time. My work ended up in shops, galleries and museum stores across the UK and abroad, and shops became a real part of my income rather than a lucky break.
Now I teach that to other jewellers. Not theory from someone who has never soldered anything. The actual process, from someone who did it with her own brand first.

The likes are fine. The sales are not. Usually that is a pricing, presentation or trust gap rather than a reach one.
Then it isInstaGold
You have walked into a boutique and thought yours would look right on that shelf, and had no idea what to do next.
Then it isGet Stocked
You go hard for a fortnight and then vanish for two months. What is missing is not information, it is company and rhythm. That is what the Lounge is for, and it is open to InstaGold clients.
