Hello

I am Megan, and I came to this from a workbench

I made every mistake, so you do not have to

I did not come into coaching from a marketing agency or a business school. I came from a bench. I was a jewellery designer who built a brand from scratch with no city contacts, no existing audience, and a lot of stubbornness about doing things my own way.

I underpriced my work for years. I copied what other brands were doing and wondered why it never felt right. I showed up inconsistently, second-guessed everything, and told myself the problem was my product.

It was not. The problem was that I had not built a brand yet. Once I understood the difference, everything changed.

That shift, from maker to brand owner, from hoping to be noticed to knowing how to show up, is the thing I now help other jewellers make. Not with a rigid system, but with honest conversations, real strategy and the kind of support that sticks.

How I got here

Four chapters, and none of them were a straight line

The beginning

I started because I loved making things

Like most of the jewellers I work with, the business side was an afterthought, and it showed. I had work I was proud of and no idea how to sell it.

The hard years

Trying everything, nothing quite fitting

I followed every piece of advice and copied brands I admired. It felt forced and inconsistent. Some sales came in. Clarity did not.

The turning point

I stopped trying to sound like everyone else

A clear point of view, a defined customer, and the confidence to back it. That is when Vogue, Tatler, Anthropologie and the Swarovski recognition happened. Not because I found a formula.

Today

Helping other jewellers do the same

I work with makers at every stage through courses, programmes and community, helping them build brands that feel aligned, sell with confidence and last.

Sales do not come from shouting louder. They come from knowing who you are, who you are speaking to, and showing up with the confidence to match.

That is not a motivational quote. It is what I lived, and it is what I have watched hundreds of jewellers prove true when they stop following someone else’s playbook and start building something that is theirs.

A few things worth knowing about me

I will tell you the truth

I am not here to hype you up and send you off feeling good but vague. My clients know what is actually holding them back, because I tell them, kindly and directly.

I have lived the craft

I am not a marketing consultant who stumbled into jewellery. I have made the work. I have done the markets. I know what it costs to build a creative business.

I do not believe in hustle

I believe in building in a way that works for your actual life, not the version of your life where you have eight free hours a day and limitless energy.

If that sounds like your kind of thing
